Juwan Choi won the award!

Juwan Choi has been awarded the best paper award in the Next Generation Lithography Conference (NGL). The NGL was held at Alpensia Conference Center (17 - 18 Nov.). Juwan Choi presented his talk, titled "Eco-friendly deep ultraviolet photolithography using silk photoresist."
